Cocktail Bartender/Waiter

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of creative cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Take customer orders accurately for food and beverages, providing friendly recommendations when appropriate
• Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using effective time management skills
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing and change calculation
• Uphold food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
