Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Take food and drink orders accurately, providing friendly recommendations and attentive service throughout guests’ visits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills to serve guests promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, balancing registers at the end of each shift
• Engage with guests in a lively, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits
• Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, serving procedures, and food safety practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
