Rollertown Beerworks is looking for outgoing, hardworking cocktail servers to take care of guests in our cabanas. From concerts to game days and special events, you’ll help create a memorable experience through friendly service, accurate orders, and timely drink delivery.

We’re looking for people with personality who enjoy connecting with guests and bring a strong work ethic. If you’re dependable, take initiative, and know how to make guests feel taken care of, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome cabana guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take beverage orders and enter them accurately into our handheld POS system.
• Learn our beverage menu and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with bartenders and beverage runners to keep orders moving.
• Deliver drinks, check back regularly, and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Manage tabs and process payments accurately.
• Clear empty cups and keep cabanas clean and organized.
• Assist with cabana setup, resets, restocking, and opening and closing duties.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and communicate concerns to management.
• Support teammates and stay productive throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, engaging personality and a passion for hospitality.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and stay organized during busy events.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and scheduled events.
• Current TABC certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry beverage trays, and work in an outdoor environment, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

Compensation

$15 per hour plus participation in the cabana server tip-out program. Tip-out amounts vary and are not guaranteed.

Opportunity for Growth

Team members who consistently demonstrate strong performance, reliability, initiative, and excellent guest service may have the opportunity to cross-train for a bartending position. Cross-training is based on performance in the current role and business needs.
