Cocktail Server

Job Summary

CAMP Cocktail Bar is seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Cocktail Server to provide a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a lively bar environment, communicating clearly, and coordinating with bartenders and other team members to provide timely service.

The Cocktail Server will take drink orders, deliver cocktails and other beverages, maintain organized service areas, and help ensure that the bar remains clean and inviting. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service.
• Present beverage menus and explain cocktail options when needed.
• Take drink orders accurately and communicate them to the bar team.
• Deliver cocktails and other beverages promptly.
• Check in with guests and respond courteously to requests.
• Coordinate with bartenders and fellow team members during busy shifts.
• Maintain clean tables and organized service areas.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately when required.
• Follow applicable alcohol-service laws and company policies.
• Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous cocktail serving, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverage service, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Required alcohol-service permits or certifications, as applicable under local law.
• Must meet the legal age requirements for alcohol-service duties.
