Cocktail Server

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to customers in accordance with policies, procedures and standards. Demonstrates and promotes positive customer and guest relations.

2. Maintains assigned areas, clean and organized.

3. Keeps workstation stocked with supplies.

4. Assists Bartenders, Bar-Backs, Supervisors and pertinent employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.

5. Other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Director/ C.E.O.

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend English; ability to effectively perform basic mathematical functions; ability to perform these operations using units of American money; ability to work well with diverse personalities; must have excellent communication skills; posses strong organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment or present upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

While Performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use manual and finger dexterity, handle, feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
