What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions)

• Deliver Excellent Service: Greet guests warmly and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments directly on the lively casino floor with speed and a smile.
• Be the Expert: Learn about our extensive beverage menu—including fine wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails—to make perfect recommendations and elevate the guest experience.
• Keep the Energy Moving: Efficiently manage multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously while maintaining a spotless, organized service area.
• Handle Transactions with Ease: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit payments, ensuring quick and precise change for our guests.
• Craft Quality Drinks: Assist behind the scenes by preparing and dispensing drinks according to standard recipes, maintaining fresh ingredients, and restocking inventory.
• Prioritize Safety & Care: Verify guest identifications diligently, monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, and secure a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Community First: Native American preference is given.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Certifications: Must possess or be able to successfully obtain a T.I.P.S. certification (Training in Intervention Procedures for Servers of Alcohol).
• Team Spirit: A naturally warm, congenial personality with a strong passion for collaborative teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Physical & Environmental Expectations

• Stay Active: Ability to comfortably walk, stand, and bend throughout an energetic 8+ hour shift.
• Show Your Skill: Ability to expertly carry and balance a fully loaded drink tray through a bustling crowd.
• Casino Environment: Comfort working in a vibrant casino setting, which includes navigating loud volumes, bright lights, and areas with secondhand smoke.
• Coachable Attitude: Ready to listen, adapt, and respond effectively to directions from managers and supervisors.
