We're looking for a Cocktail Waitress / Bartender Support to join the team and help keep the floor and bar moving during busy nights.

If you're energetic, switched-on, love hospitality and enjoy working in a lively late-night environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a hands-on support role working closely with our bar and floor teams.

You'll help keep service flowing, look after guests and make sure the bar team has everything they need to deliver great drinks quickly and consistently.

What you'll do

• Support bartenders during busy service
• Deliver drinks to guests and clear and reset tables
• Take and communicate drink orders accurately
• Keep the bar, floor and service areas clean, organised and well stocked
• Assist with glassware, ice, garnishes and general bar preparation
• Help maintain a smooth flow between the bar and floor
• Engage with guests and provide friendly, energetic service
• Assist the team with opening, closing and general venue duties
• Keep standards high even when the venue is busy
• Bring good energy and contribute to the atmosphere of the room

We're looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in hospitality, bartending, cocktail service or a busy bar environment
• Is confident, friendly and comfortable talking to guests
• Works well in a fast-paced, late-night environment
• Is energetic, reliable and switched-on
• Can stay calm and organised when things get busy
• Has a genuine interest in cocktails, drinks and hospitality
• Is a team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed
• Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and service
• Is available for late-night and weekend shifts
• Brings personality and contributes positively to the culture of the venue

Cocktail or bar experience is a plus, but we're also open to someone with strong hospitality experience who's keen to learn and develop their bar skills.
