What they need
- Monitor daily COD transactions and collections.
- Receive and verify cash remittances from riders.
- Count and reconcile cash against delivery records and system reports.
- Record and update COD payments accurately in the system or tracking sheets.
- Prepare daily COD collection and remittance reports.
- Check and monitor pending, failed, returned, and unremitted COD transactions.
- Identify and report cash shortages, overages, and other discrepancies.
- Coordinate with riders and operations teams to resolve COD issues.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounting regarding cash turnover and deposits.
- Maintain organized records of receipts, collection reports, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all COD collections are properly accounted for and submitted within the required timeline.
- Assist with daily cashiering and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company funds and financial records.
