该职位来源于猎聘 Direct clinical monitoring operations for a group of offices or a defined functional accountability within a region. Develop plans to ensure the allocation of human,material, system and fiscal resources for assigned area of accountability. Determine strategic goals and objectives and assures operational alignment with senior management priorities. Lead functional strategic initiatives and work with senior management across disciplines to develop implementation plans.  Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and discipline employees; address employee relation issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resource matters.  Participate in the selection and onboarding process for new staff by conducting candidate review and participating in the interview process. Conduct onboarding training for new staff in conjunction with Human Resource and learning and Developing training programs.  Evaluate office/home based onboarding/offboarding processes and optimize the process if needed. Develop standard processes to ensure that staff has the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities.  Continually evaluate resource, pro-actively plan and collaborate with other relevant functions to ensure resource requests of clinical research projects fulfilled well.  Evaluate the quality of the work product for a variety of job roles and/or a specialized job function.  Ensures operational processes, systems and standards are adopted and implemented consistently across trials.  Evaluate workload, project delivery, quality and finance metrics through regular review and reporting of findings.  Participate and may lead corporate or departmental quality or process improvement initiatives.  Analysis quality risks/trends ad collaborate with senior management and other functional leadership to improve efficiencies, project outcomes and quality.  Works collaboratively with project leadership including the PM, client representatives and other functional leadership to manage project related challenges and to achieve exemplary customer service.  Plan annual budget for responsible function and ensure function expense within budget.  Close cooperate with CDS head and project leadership for the  development of annual CDS KPI & KQI metrics and continually review the metrics and take actions accordingly to ensure the achievement.  Per delegated by supervisor, support with Sales/Biding activities and contribute to establish and maintain the relationship with client.  Other activities/tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualification  Bachelor (or above) degree in life sciences, pharmacy nursing or medical.  At least 10 years’ experience in clinical trials including 5 years in leadership capacity.  Good knowledge of Clinical Operations processes and systems.  Demonstrate excellent effective coaching/leadership/supervisory ability including excellent interpersonal skills.  Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills.  Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.  Advanced knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking and accounting methods.  Excellent capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.  Strong Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
