A Typical Workday
Your morning starts in the field, moving through neighborhoods and commercial areas and checking on open cases. You’ll balance scheduled follow-ups with new calls that come in, then capture photos and notes on a phone or camera and update records in the system. Midday often includes conversations at a job site or storefront—explaining next steps, timelines, and options in a calm, respectful way. Back at the office, you’ll organize documentation, map locations in GIS, and coordinate with internal partners as needed. The day wraps with planning tomorrow’s routes and ensuring case files are complete and ready for the next action.
