Code Compliance Officer I

Description Of Duties/Essential Functions Under direction of Hospital Administrator, directs, coordinates, reviews & evaluates Quality Management for the mental health program within Choate MH&DC assesses, improves & manages quality of care standards to reduce risk regarding cure & treatment at the facility. Collaborates with the Medical Director, Central Office & community agency directors to verify problems are resolved and actions are taken to improve quality & continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years college with course work in a social or human services field. Requires three years progressively responsible administrative experience in a health or human services organization. Prefers Master's Degree in a health related field.
