CODE Services Task Lead / CODE Strategy Support

Location: 911 Elkridge Landing Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 2109

Minimum Certification Requirement: PMP (Project Management Professional)

Please note: Qualified candidates must be a U.S. citizen and have TS/SCI eligibility at the time of selection and submission. This opportunity will close out on Friday, October 23, 2026.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a PMP certification.
• At least 1 year within the last 3 years leading or supervising teams performing work in IT/cyberspace, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI.
• At least 2 years within the last 7 years overseeing personnel who received, interpreted, planned, briefed, executed, and reported on orders issued by USCYBERCOM or a subordinate commander, the National Manager for National Security Systems, or another authorized commander with authority over DC3 CIO-managed systems and personnel.
• At least 3 years within the last 10 years leading and supervising teams in Government and private networking and infrastructure environments, including classified and unclassified environments, similar in scope and complexity to this task order.
• At least 3 years within the last 10 years building, operating, securing, defending, and extending LAN/WAN systems, including wireless, firewalls, routing and switching, IPv6, VPNs, cloud computing, virtualized servers, storage arrays, and related IT/data systems.
• At least 5 years within the last 7 years working with unified communications, including VTC design, installation, maintenance, and administration across Unclassified, Secret, and TS/SCI environments.
• At least 1 year within the last 3 years leading or supervising teams operating CI/CD pipelines using containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• At least 2 years within the last 5 years leading or supervising legacy-system migrations to multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
• At least 2 years within the last 7 years leading personnel developing and implementing data lakes and other modern data strategies.
• At least 1 year within the last 5 years briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions.
