Coding Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Medical Coding to lead our multi-specialty coding operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in E&M, ED, and Surgery coding, along with proven expertise in project transition, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for multi-specialty coding projects.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of medical coders and team leads.
• Handle client interactions, status updates, and performance reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Drive process improvements to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Oversee project transitions from implementation to steady state.
• Monitor KPIs, quality audits, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 to 16 years of experience in Medical Coding (Multi-specialty).
• Strong exposure to E&M, ED, and Surgery coding.
• Prior experience in project transition and client handling is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CPC or CCS certification preferred.
