Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Workforce Planning aligned with business goals
• Engage with COE level and CEO Team on daily basis.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for timely workforce availability
• Manage Talent Management processes identify and develop high-potential employees
• Design onboarding strategies for critical/senior roles
• Use HR Analytics to generate insights and drive talent strategy
• Manage Total Rewards, Recognition, and Performance Management
• Drive Employee Engagement and Grievance Redressal
• Ensure HR Compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Manage Office Administration facilities, logistics, policy implementation

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidates from Startup experience or Indian Corporate are preferred.
• MBA / Masters in HRM from an accredited university
• 15+ years of total HR experience with 8**+ years in a Business HR / HRBP role**
• Has independently handled end-to-end HR for a business unit not just a specialist in one area
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Org Development
• Comfortable with HR Analytics tools to drive data-backed people decisions
• Has managed Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management cycles
• Experience in team management and working closely with senior business leaders
• Exposure to HR Compliance and employment law
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to influence without authority
