  • Develop and execute short- and long-term category growth plans based on consumer demand trends, seasonal peaks (e.g., International Coffee Day, holiday gifting), and competitive market analysis.
  • Monitor performance metrics continuously, applying data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and category profitability.
  1. Vendor Acquisition & Brand Partnerships

  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, exclusive product launches, marketing co-investment, and inventory allocation agreements.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key suppliers, brand owners, and marketplace sellers to ensure high seller health and supply reliability.
  1. Merchandising, Assortment & Content Excellence

  • Oversee category navigation, search taxonomy, filters, and product detail pages to deliver an intuitive and educational customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to build rich educational content (e.g., brewing guides, flavor profiles, roaster highlights) that drives consumer engagement.
  1. Marketing, Pricing & Promotions
  • Partner with the digital performance marketing and brand teams to design targeted traffic campaigns, promotional calendars, and loyalty initiatives for coffee enthusiasts.
  • Establish competitive pricing, dynamic discounting strategies, and cross-selling bundles to maximize category volume and customer lifetime value.
  • Conceptualize and launch specialized marketplace programs, such as "Roaster of the Month" showcases or coffee subscription models.
