Job Description:

As a Coffee Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment for our high end clientele. Your expertise will ensure that our customers experience uninterrupted, top-notch coffee service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install and set up commercial coffee machines and related equipment.

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with coffee machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment.

· Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

· Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of their coffee equipment.

· Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed and parts used.

· Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and improve service processes.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee technology.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a coffee service technician or similar role.

· Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of coffee machines and equipment.

· Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of coffee equipment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

· Technicians must be punctual, courteous, and able to represent your company positively.

· Good communication skills are important for explaining technical issues to clients in a way they can understand.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification in coffee equipment repair or related field.

· Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

· Familiarity with a variety of coffee machine brands and models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
