Coffee Machine Technician

Mood Espresso LLC is looking for an experienced and reliable Coffee Machine Technician to join our technical team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial coffee machines, grinders, and related café equipment, with strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial coffee machines.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and operational issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on coffee machines and grinders.
• Conduct machine calibration, testing, and performance checks.
• Attend customer/service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Identify faulty parts and coordinate replacement or repair requirements.
• Ensure machines are properly installed, tested, and functioning according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and parts usage.
• Provide basic technical guidance to customers and café staff on proper machine operation and care.
• Coordinate with the Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams when required.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the workshop and customer sites.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Coffee Machine Technician / Espresso Machine Technician is required.
• Experience with commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair technical faults independently.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and machine servicing.
• Ability to work at customer locations and handle service calls.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Knowledge of brands such as La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Sanremo, Faema, Rancilio, WMF, Franke, or similar is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in coffee equipment servicing are preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, responsible, organized, and able to work independently. The candidate should take ownership of service issues and ensure machines are properly repaired and returned to operation with minimal downtime.
