Coffee Machine Technician

Job summary

We are seeking a skilled coffee machine technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee and espresso machines for clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with appliance or equipment repair, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel for on-site service.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and domestic coffee machines.
• Perform routine servicing and emergency repairs at client locations.
• Install and test new machines to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and client reports.
• Provide technical support and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality support delivery

Requirements:

• A minimum of an OND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Technical training or certification in appliance repair or electronics (preferred).
• Manufacturer training (e.g., La Marzocco, Jura, Nuova Simonelli) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in appliance or equipment repair (coffee machines preferred).
• Experience with commercial-grade espresso machines is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a service team.
• Time management and documentation/reporting skills.
