COFFEE MAKER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Recommend drinks, food items, and promotional products to customers.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and dining area.
• Monitor inventory and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• With experience as a Barista, Service Crew, or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well with a team.
