Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and customer seating zones
• Handle cash register operations with basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, coffee beans, and snacks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality

Requirements

• Prior barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages
• Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments is advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory management
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
