Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service at all times
• Lead staff training and development, including onboarding new team members and ongoing skill enhancement in food preparation, POS system Shift4
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and financial reconciliations with accuracy and integrity
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Support shift management by delegating tasks, and maintaining high team morale
• Assist in food production processes such as coffee brewing, cooking, and food presentation to uphold quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong background in food preparation and customer service
• Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the hospitality or food industry is essential
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and operational procedures
• Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour
