Responsibilities

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations, including opening, closing, and shift management
• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and support staff to deliver outstanding service
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the premises
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food production costs
• Train new team members on serving techniques, food safety protocols, and operational procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive atmosphere

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
• Strong team management and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Experience with food safety standards and food production processes
• Barista experience is preferred, along with hotel or restaurant industry background
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with hospitality practices including serving customers and managing a team
