Coffee Shop Manager

At Sally’s we anre ann independent coffee shop, bakery and deli in the heart of Garstang, focused on quality coffee, homemade food, local produce and excellent customer service.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing and service
• Lead, support and develop the Sally’s team
• Maintain consistently high standards of food, coffee and customer service
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed
• Manage stock, deliveries, ordering and waste
• Support food and beverage preparation during service
• Handle customer queries professionally and positively
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and well-organised environment
• Lead by example and contribute to the continued growth of Sally’s

About You

We are looking for someone with previous hospitality and team-leading experience, with a genuine passion for food, coffee and customer service.

You will be organised, reliable and confident working in a busy environment, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.

Most importantly, you will share Sally’s values of quality, community, consistency and great hospitality.

Pay: From £14.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
