Coffee Shop Manager

Lucky Tree Coffee is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily café operations and support the service team. This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining beverage and customer-service standards, monitoring supplies, assisting customers, and helping ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is an experienced café or hospitality professional with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations and customer-service activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift.
• Support, guide, and communicate with baristas and café team members.
• Maintain consistent standards for beverage quality, order accuracy, and customer service.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.
• Handle routine customer questions and service concerns professionally.
• Monitor coffee shop inventory, supplies, and restocking requirements.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing coffee, food, and service supplies.
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked café areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Help maintain efficient customer and order flow during busy service periods.
• Communicate staffing, supply, and operational needs to management.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous coffee shop, café, restaurant, hospitality, or food-service experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced café environment.
• Good attention to beverage quality, cleanliness, and service details.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and café operations is helpful.
• Able to train, support, and work effectively with a team.
• Professional and respectful approach to customers and coworkers.
