WE'RE HIRING – SEASONAL COFFEE Truck Supervisor !

We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable Coffee Truck Supervisor to take responsibility for running our seasonal coffee shop during the festive season!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys working with people and can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a busy coffee Truck in a fun and festive environment.

The Role

Part-time – Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Seasonal position commencing 23rd November ending late December.

As Coffee Truck Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operation of our seasonal coffee truck
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and hot drinks
• Opening and closing the coffee truck, including daily setup and end-of-day procedures
• Maintaining coffee machines and equipment, including daily cleaning
• Taking customer orders, handling payments and managing the till
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring supplies are maintained
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards
• Providing friendly, efficient customer service
• Assisting with the Christmas shop and wider farm operations when required

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience working as a barista in a coffee shop – essential (this is not a starting position)
• Confident operating a professional coffee machine and preparing a full range of coffees
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage the coffee truck independently
• Reliable, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of daily operations
• Friendly, enthusiastic and able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Own transport is essential
• Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season
