Position. Coffee Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Barista, Specialty Coffee Specialist, or Retail Sales Representative handling premium consumer electronics/appliances.

Main Responsibilities

• PRODUCT ADVOCACY & SALES DEMONSTRATION. Act as the primary brand ambassador for Breville espresso machines and coffee accessories. Conduct, teach, and coach actual hands-on product demos including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art to engage store customers, drive product sales, and meet revenue targets.
• CUSTOMER EDUCATION & TRAINING. Educate customers on the third-wave specialty coffee movement, dial-in techniques, grind size adjustments, and machine maintenance to ensure exceptional post-purchase satisfaction.
• MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. The job requires frequent interactions with various levels of Management.
• COMPLIANCE. Ensure compliance to the standard (vision, mission, core values, processes) as mandated by the Management. In addition, ensure compliance to government (DTI, BIR, etc) and other possible third parties requirements.
• REPORTING. Proactively prepare own reports for accounts assigned in a strategic, timely, accurate and relevant manner. Conflicts and challenges must be reported with recommendations after thorough review.

Work Schedule. 48H WORK WEEK SCHEDULE Ex. Monday to Friday 8am to 6/630pm or Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. As may be required by the exigencies of the position, you may be required to render extended services as the situation may arise beyond the regular hours stated herein.

Place of Assignment. PERMANENT: 1081 Edsa Balintawak, Quezon City. TRANSIENT: Client sites / Field work as required.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
