Coffee Store Manager

Duties

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food safety compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment in accordance with health regulations
• Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize sales performance and reduce waste

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the food service or hospitality industry, including supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management
• Experience operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills required
• Background in quick service or fast food restaurant management; casual dining or café experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills for staff training, team leadership, and customer service excellence
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory control
• Demonstrated ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food production, and ensure high-quality service standards
