Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to contact potential customers, introduce company products or services, generate leads, and schedule meetings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products or services.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Explain product features and answer basic customer questions.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, or messages.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Fresh–1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work under targets and follow up consistently.
• Good English communication skills; experience with international clients will be a plus.
