We're seeking a Cold Caller to join our growing team.

A core responsibility of this role is to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This means documenting a clear, step-by-step guide for recurring tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating these SOPs as procedures evolve, ensuring the documentation always reflects the most current and effective methods.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce the group and explain our B2B introduction business model.
• Engage business owners in meaningful conversations to uncover potential connections and facilitate introductions that can lead to repeat referral business for them.
• Maintain an understanding of each prospect’s business (B2B primarily or B2C) and suggest appropriate referral partners by business category.
• Work to identify cold call prospects who would be a good candidate to become members.
• Promote marketing services to business owners who may need websites, graphic design, print collateral, social media, email marketing, or other top-of-funnel strategies. Many of the businesses on the call list are new, and marketing services will likely be essential for their growth.
• Record and track outreach activity, responses, and follow-up opportunities.
• In the future, make periodic calls to existing members to learn what keywords to listen for when engaging prospects and to understand what types of partners they would like us to recruit in order to help them gain repeat, referral business.
• Research individuals and organizations within assigned affinity groups.
• Use search engines, directories, organization websites, and AI tools to locate contact information.
• Record names, emails, phone numbers, titles, and organization names in a Spreadsheet.
• Perform occasional spot-check verification, including calling selected contacts when instructed to confirm phone numbers.
• Maintain consistent formatting and accuracy.
• Submit completed research results weekly.
• Flag missing or unclear information for review.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly categorize a business and identify its "ideal" referral partners.
• Technical Literacy: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, CRM software, and the use of AI tools for data mining.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail regarding data entry and formatting.
