Cold caller

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses from provided databases and lead lists.
• Contact business owners and decision-makers across industries such as real estate, garage door services, locksmiths, insulation services, home improvement, and other local service businesses.
• Introduce our digital marketing services and identify potential opportunities.
• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations with prospects.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects via phone, email, and SMS where required.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM.
• Schedule qualified appointments and discovery meetings for the technical team.
• Ensure all lead information, notes, and follow-up activities are updated regularly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
