What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking.
- Build relationships with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in conversations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in BPO, call center, or telemarketing industry.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends and holidays as required.
