Cold Caller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will contact potential customers from a provided list of leads, introduce our products and services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The company will provide the lead database and tools to obtain contact information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads and contact information.
• Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects when necessary.
• Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
