Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The right candidate should be comfortable communicating with new prospects, presenting our services clearly, and creating opportunities through effective phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Introduce the company and explain our services in a clear and professional manner.
• Engage prospects, understand their initial needs, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Qualify interested prospects and pass relevant leads to the appropriate team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement.
• Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation goals.

Requirements

• Strong verbal English and effective communication abilities.
• Confident, friendly, and professional telephone presence.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer outreach is an advantage.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
• Self-disciplined, consistent, and comfortable working with performance targets.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
