Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lists to introduce our products and services
• Engage potential customers with compelling conversations that highlight value propositions and solutions
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and decision-making authority to ensure high-quality prospects
• Maintain detailed records of interactions within our CRM system, including Salesforce, to track progress and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach campaigns and improve call effectiveness
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate benefits

Experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on technology or business development
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse markets
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools used for tracking sales activities
• Technical sales experience or understanding of technology products/services is highly desirable
• Prior experience in marketing or telemarketing roles that involved cold calling campaigns

Pay: $18.15-$26.53 per hour
