Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller with a US accent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in phone conversations, and the ability to engage potential clients professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present products/services clearly and persuasively
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets

Requirements:

• Fluent English with a natural US accent
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Experience calling and prospecting for SaaS (Software as a Service) products is highly preferred
• Ability to understand target customer profiles and communicate value propositions effectively
