About the Role

We're looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to turn cold prospects into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Introduce Wyxan's services and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
• Research potential clients and maintain an organized prospect list.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and speaking with decision-makers.
• Good English communication skills, particularly if targeting international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic sales processes.
• A target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
