Job Overview

C Store Distribution is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Cold Caller to help grow our customer base by reaching out to smoke shops and dispensaries. Your primary responsibility will be contacting potential business customers, introducing them to C Store Distribution, and generating new sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking to business owners, enjoys sales, and knows how to turn a conversation into a business relationship. You'll help local and regional retailers discover our products, learn how we can meet their inventory needs, and encourage them to start doing business with us.

We're offering $10–$12 per hour based on experience and fit, with additional bonus opportunities for performance. If you're confident on the phone, persistent with follow-ups, and motivated by helping a business grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to smoke shops, dispensaries, and other potential retail customers to introduce C Store Distribution and our product offerings.
• Speak with store owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers to identify their inventory needs and purchasing interests.
• Generate new leads, establish relationships, and turn prospective customers into active accounts.
• Explain our products, pricing, availability, and ordering process in a professional and engaging manner.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, encourage first orders, and develop repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, conversations, and follow-up opportunities.
• Work toward daily and weekly outreach goals while focusing on quality conversations and new customer acquisition.
• Communicate customer feedback, product requests, and sales opportunities to the C Store Distribution team.
• Represent our business professionally and help build a strong reputation with retailers throughout the area.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence.
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and speaking with people who may not be familiar with our business.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm.
• Sales experience, telemarketing experience, or customer service experience is a plus, but not necessarily required for the right candidate.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, ask good questions, and identify opportunities to earn a customer's business.
• Organized enough to track leads, record conversations, and follow up consistently.
• Reliable, coachable, and motivated by goals and performance-based rewards.
• Familiarity with smoke shops, dispensaries, convenience stores, or wholesale distribution is a plus.
