We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who is confident in sales, comfortable speaking with potential clients, and able to handle rejection and sales rebuttals professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Cold Calling and Client Outreach
• Sales experience is required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable making and handling multiple calls per day
• Able to handle rejections, objections, and rebuttals
• Confident in sales and pitching products or insurance to potential clients
• Inside Sales experience is a plus
• Healthcare and/or Insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Must have a good noise-cancelling headset
• Must have a quiet and professional work environment
• Must have a backup computer/laptop
• Must have a backup internet connection
