Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative

AR WebCrafts is a WordPress plugin development agency with over 8 years in the industry and 30+ commercial plugins shipped for clients around the world. We specialize in WooCommerce, LearnDash, TutorLMS, and custom API integrations. We're growing our outreach team and looking for cold callers who can help us connect with new clients.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (business owners, agency founders, and decision makers)
• Introduce our services and set up qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow a call script while adapting naturally to each conversation
• Log call outcomes and lead details accurately in our CRM
• Follow up on warm leads from previous calls or other outreach channels
• Hit weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets
• Also we work with the local Business as well.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong spoken English with clear, confident phone communication
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (agency or B2B experience is a plus)
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent through a full calling shift
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or dialers (we'll train you on ours)
• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Base salary plus commission
