Job Summary:
We're putting out a call for a confident and persistent Appointment Setter to support the growth of our digital marketing services for local businesses. Your focus will be outbound cold calling to home service businesses, introducing our SEO solution, and booking qualified appointments for our team. The right match is comfortable on the phone, handles objections with ease, and is motivated by reaching booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to home service businesses from the lead database provided
• Set qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner
• Follow the call scripts and objection-handling prompts provided, consistently
• Log call notes, outcomes, and callback schedules accurately in the lead platform
• Work through assigned call lists efficiently while maintaining daily call volume
• Use an integrated dialer system for high-volume outbound calling
• Share prospect feedback and common objections with the team
• Keep accurate records that support performance tracking and reporting

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation and a strong phone presence
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
• Experience with CRMs or lead management platforms
• Experience using a cloud-based dialer system
• Attentive, conscientious, and independent
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts and processes accurately

Preferred Skills:

• Experience calling into the US market, particularly West Coast time zones
• Familiarity with CloudTalk or similar VoIP/dialer software
• Background in selling or setting appointments for digital marketing, SEO, or local business services
• Experience with home services businesses (contractors, trades, local service providers)
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and local SEO concepts
• Ability to track your own performance metrics and self-manage toward targets
