Cold Caller Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're reaching out to find a confident and resilient Cold Calling Specialist to fuel outbound sales for a janitorial and food service supplies business. Your calls will go to private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices, where you'll work past gatekeepers to the decision-maker and stay with each prospect until the deal closes. This role is made for someone outgoing, composed under pressure, and experienced in real phone sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices
• Find your way past gatekeepers to identify and speak with the owner or key decision-maker
• Introduce the company and its product line clearly and professionally
• Obtain decision-makers' email addresses to set up customer portal access
• Pursue prospects by phone and email until each sale is closed
• Maintain the sales pipeline and contact records in HubSpot
• Pick up and manage inbound calls routed to you
• Join call reviews and use the feedback to sharpen your performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven phone sales or cold calling experience
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional phone presence
• Outgoing, calm, and confident personality
• Able to take rejection in stride and stay motivated through repeated objections
• Experience getting past gatekeepers to decision-makers
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong phone and email follow-up habits
• Organized, exacting, and able to manage your own workload
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on HubSpot experience
• Experience selling B2B products or supplies
• Experience selling into schools, restaurants, or healthcare and dental offices
• Experience fielding inbound sales or customer calls
• Comfortable handling multiple leads and follow-ups concurrently
