Job Summary:
Become a valued member of our team as a confident, personable Cold Calling Appointment Setter who phones home service business owners for a marketing agency that helps local businesses boost their online visibility. With a power dialer and provided scripts, you’ll open natural conversations, work through objections, and either book qualified appointments or pass interested prospects along live. You’ll be a standout candidate if you think fast, have a relaxed, conversational delivery, and welcome coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Phone home service business owners on their mobile phones using a power dialer and provided lead lists
• Deliver the provided scripts and rebuttals in a natural, conversational, no-pressure tone
• Review each prospect’s Google Business Profile before dialing to tailor your opener
• Handle objections on the spot with confidence and steer conversations toward a next step
• Book qualified appointments directly on the GoHighLevel calendar
• Pass interested prospects to the owner through live transfers
• Log call outcomes and detailed notes in the CRM
• Act on call review feedback quickly to sharpen your performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience, ideally with US small business owners
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a natural, relaxed delivery
• A fast thinker who handles live objections with confidence
• CRM experience
• Stable high-speed internet with a backup connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset
• Disciplined, thorough, and self-reliant
• Strong communication skills and openness to coaching

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience with a power dialer
• Background in the home services industry or local marketing
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile
• Experience with live call transfers
• Comfortable working through several leads and follow-ups at once
