Spell Engineering is hiring Cold Callers

We’re a growing engineering and estimation services company, and we’re looking for a few good people to join our calling team in Rawalpindi.

The job is simple to explain: you’ll call contractors and builders in the US, introduce our estimation services, and set up conversations with the ones who are interested. If you can hold a confident conversation in English and don’t lose heart after a “no”, you’ll do well here.

The basics
Salary: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 per month
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Murree Road, Rawalpindi (onsite)

What we’re looking for

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Some experience in calling, sales or a call center (freshers with good communication can apply too)
• Patience, a positive attitude and the drive to hit targets
• Basic computer skills
