Cold Calling Agent – Medical Billing & RCM

FizzTech Consultancy is looking for an experienced Cold Calling Agent to connect with U.S. healthcare providers and introduce our Medical Billing and RCM solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of cold-calling experience
• Experience in U.S. medical billing/RCM calling preferred
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Confident speaking with U.S. doctors, physicians, and healthcare practices
• Strong sales, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to handle objections and generate qualified leads
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with call targets and follow-ups
• Prior experience with healthcare/medical billing lead generation is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call U.S. doctors and healthcare practices
• Introduce FizzTech Consultancy’s billing and RCM services
• Identify billing challenges and potential opportunities
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings
• Maintain follow-ups and update call records

Position: Full-Time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
