Spell Link is hiring an experienced Cold Calling & Sales Executive to generate leads and convert potential clients for our construction estimation services serving the USA market.

Candidates with previous experience in construction estimation sales, construction services, B2B sales, or US-based campaigns will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential construction industry clients in the USA.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
• Introduce Spell Link's construction estimation services to contractors, subcontractors, builders, and other industry professionals.
• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable services.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build professional relationships with US-based clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling or sales.
• Construction estimation sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with US clients or campaigns is an advantage.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
