Job Summary:
It’s time for us to hire a confident, personable Cold Calling Appointment Setter to call home service business owners on behalf of a marketing agency that helps local businesses grow their online visibility. Using a power dialer and provided scripts, you’ll start natural conversations, handle objections, and book qualified appointments or transfer interested prospects live. We’re picturing a quick thinker with a relaxed, conversational delivery who takes coaching well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call home service business owners on their mobile phones using a power dialer and provided lead lists
• Follow the provided scripts and rebuttals in a natural, conversational, non-salesy tone
• Check each prospect’s Google Business Profile before the call to personalize your opener
• Handle objections live with confidence and keep conversations moving toward a next step
• Book qualified appointments directly on the GoHighLevel calendar
• Transfer interested prospects live to the owner
• Record call outcomes and detailed notes in the CRM
• Put feedback from call reviews into practice quickly to improve performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience, ideally with US small business owners
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a natural, relaxed delivery
• A quick thinker who handles objections live with confidence
• CRM experience
• Stable high-speed internet with a backup connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset
• Consistent, meticulous, and self-sufficient
• Strong communication skills and openness to coaching

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience using a power dialer
• Background in the home services industry or local marketing
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile
• Experience with live call transfers
