Job Description

Thapar Engineer Works is looking for a confident and motivated Cold Calling Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/cold calling will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.

Salary

₹[30000 to 40000] per month + incentives, depending on experience and skills.
