We’re Hiring: Cold Calling Expert - B2B

Location: Silk Center, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

We are looking for a confident and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Proven cold-calling experience is mandatory
• Ability to find potential prospects and convert them into qualified leads and sales
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable communicating with international clients
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and professional email communication is preferred
• Must be comfortable working the night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify potential business leads
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach
• Present company services professionally
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client communication
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
