About the role

If you're the type of person who enjoys picking up the phone, starting conversations, and turning complete strangers into future clients, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for a confident, driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You'll be working with businesses across the Irish and British markets, speaking directly with senior decision makers and creating new business opportunities through outbound sales.

This is a remote contract role on a month-to-month basis for up to 3 months, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position.

You won't be wasting hours searching for leads. We provide a high-quality prospect database through our CRM, so your time is spent where it matters most, having great conversations and booking qualified meetings.

What You'll Be Doing

Make between 80 and 120 outbound calls each day using our CRM.

Identify business opportunities and qualify prospective clients.

Build rapport quickly and clearly communicate the value of our services.

Handle objections professionally while keeping conversations moving forward.

Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes within our CRM.

Consistently achieve weekly activity targets, appointment targets, and performance KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

A minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling, outbound sales, sales development, lead generation, or managing the sales lifecycle from end to end.

Comfortable making between 80 and 120 outbound calls every day.

Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Confidence when speaking with senior executives and business owners.

Someone who is resilient, self-motivated, organised, and genuinely enjoys working towards results.

Excellent time management skills.

A stable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

You will need to have your own equipment when you start. We'll get you fully set up after you've been with us for a little while.

Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.

Experience selling B2B services.

A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
