Cold Calling Specialist

Job Summary:
We'd love to meet a confident and resilient Cold Calling Specialist to drive outbound sales for a janitorial and food service supplies business. You'll call private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices, get past gatekeepers to reach the decision-maker, and follow up until each deal closes. We're hoping for someone outgoing, calm under pressure, and backed by real phone sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices
• Get past gatekeepers to identify and reach the owner or key decision-maker
• Introduce the company and its product range clearly and professionally
• Collect decision-makers' email addresses for customer portal access
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email until the sale closes
• Update and maintain the sales pipeline and contact records in HubSpot
• Answer and handle inbound calls transferred to you
• Join call reviews and act on feedback to improve your performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven phone sales or cold calling experience
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional phone presence
• Outgoing, calm, and confident personality
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated through repeated objections
• Experience getting past gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong follow-up skills by phone and email
• Punctual, precise, and independent
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Experience selling B2B products or supplies
• Experience selling to schools, restaurants, or healthcare and dental offices
• Experience handling inbound sales or customer calls
• Ability to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups at the same time
